1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VectorForge ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

VectorForge provides an automated image-to-vector conversion platform. Our technology uses algorithmic color quantization and region detection to convert raster images (PNG, JPG, WEBP, BMP, GIF) into scalable vector graphics (SVG). VectorForge uses the DeepSeek AI model as the underlying technology for image processing. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Providing accurate and complete information during registration

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use VectorForge to generate, upload, or process prohibited content as defined in our Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited content includes but is not limited to:

  • Sexual or pornographic content
  • Violent or graphic content
  • Hate speech or discriminatory content
  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or content exploiting minors
  • Deepfake or non-consensual intimate imagery
  • Content that infringes copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights
  • Malware, viruses, or malicious code
  • Illegal or fraudulent content

4.1 Content Moderation

VectorForge employs automated content analysis to detect and prevent prohibited content. User reports of violations can be sent to svgforge@gmail.com. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

5. Purchases and Payments

VectorForge offers one-time credit pack purchases for conversions. There is no subscription or automatic renewal:

  • Starter Pack ($9.99): 30 conversions, valid for 30 days from purchase
  • Pro Pack ($19): 150 conversions/month
  • Enterprise Pack ($49): 500 conversions/month

One-Time Purchase: Credit packs are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal. You receive a set number of conversions that are valid for 30 days from purchase. When your credits expire or run out, you can purchase another pack.

All payments are processed through Waffo, our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor and Merchant of Record. Payment card data is handled exclusively by Waffo and is not stored on our servers. By making a purchase, you agree to:

  • Pay all fees associated with your chosen credit pack
  • Provide accurate billing and payment information
  • All fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy

6. Cancellation and Refunds

For Credit Packs: Credit packs are non-refundable once purchased. Credits expire 30 days after purchase. Unused credits are forfeited upon expiration.

Account Cancellation: You may close your account at any time through your account settings. Your unused credits remain available until expiration.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any content you upload to VectorForge. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing our service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to convert any image you upload.

8. Limitation of Liability

VectorForge is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VectorForge and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our service or your violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through our website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which VectorForge operates, without regard to conflicts of law principles. All payments are processed through Waffo as our Merchant of Record.
