You may not use VectorForge to generate, upload, convert, or process the following categories of prohibited content:

  • Pornographic / NSFW Content: Any sexual or adult content
  • Violent / Graphic Content: Depictions of violence, gore, or graphic suffering
  • Hate Speech: Content that promotes discrimination, hatred, or violence against any group
  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any content depicting or exploiting minors sexually
  • Deepfake / Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery: Synthetic content portraying real individuals without consent
  • Copyright / Trademark Infringement: Content violating intellectual property rights of third parties

Additionally, you may not upload, convert, or process any content that:

  • Contains malware, viruses, ransomware, or other malicious code
  • Is fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading
  • Promotes terrorism or extremist content
  • Violates any applicable law or regulation

2.1 Content Moderation

VectorForge employs automated content analysis to detect and prevent prohibited content. Our moderation system includes:

  • Automated Scanning: All uploads are automatically analyzed for potentially prohibited content before processing
  • User Reporting: Users can report violations via svgforge@gmail.com
  • Manual Review: Flagged content is reviewed by our trust and safety team

3. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Automated Abuse: Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to access our service without authorization
  • Scraping: Scraping, harvesting, or extracting data from our platform
  • Unauthorized Access: Attempting to access accounts, systems, or data belonging to others
  • Service Disruption: Any activity that disrupts, degrades, or harms our infrastructure
  • Reselling: Redistributing or reselling VectorForge conversions without permission
  • API Misuse: Exceeding rate limits or using the API in ways not described in documentation

4. Copyright and Intellectual Property

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to convert any image you upload. VectorForge reserves the right to:

  • Remove or disable access to content that we believe infringes copyright
  • Terminate accounts of repeat copyright infringers
  • Cooperate with copyright holders and legal authorities

5. Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in:

  • Immediate suspension or termination of your account
  • Removal of offending content
  • Forfeiture of any paid fees
  • Legal action where applicable

6. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this policy, please report it to us immediately at svgforge@gmail.com. Include details of the violation and any supporting evidence.

7. Changes to Policy
